We work closely with university staff to understand how the education process is held and what could be improved. Also, the university helps our development team to understand the surgery specifics allowing surgery visits and interviews with surgeons.

Estonian University of Life Sciences is working with us on research and development projects to improve the training experience for fresh graduates, so they get “onboarded” into the work environment confidently as quickly as possible.
